Dave Daly Memorial Fund
The Dave Daly Memorial Fund was founded in 2003 by the family and friends of Dave Daly after he unexpectedly passed away in November of 2002. The goal of the Fund is to bring light from darkness, and to keep Dave's memory alive in a positive way.
Assignment
Re-design the original Web site to improve the image of the Fund and entice people to get involved as participants in the annual golf tournament, benefit concert, and sponsorship opportunities. The site benefits a variety of causes, so the look and feel should be flexible.
Summary
The design was intended to be consistent with respectable foundations and not create a maintenance burden. The home page would be updated at least twice a year to promote the Fund's primary events and announce the scholarship winners.
It also provides exposure for sponsors and advertisers in a non-intrusive manner.
Outcome
The Daly family was very pleased with the professional image the site puts forth and the positive reaction to it from the Fund's supporters. We continue to manage the web site.
